That is what it looks like based on the menu.

Always updating their menu.

The guy who owns Parish (and is the chef) used to be the chef back at Cotton when it was good.

My dad and I shared a table, and the evening, with Rashard Lawrence's dad at the Waterfront Grill. It was the night of Coach O's first public visit to Monroe as LSU's head coach.

The Mohack was great in the 80's. It and Casio's were my favorite places. Casio's had some great marinated crab claws. Campisi's in Dallas had some that were similar.

Parish and it’s not close. Cotton went down as soon as Corey Bahr left and started Parish. It’s just my opinion but Parish is arguably the best restaurant in North Louisiana.

The old fashioned there is incredible. To the point of maybe not being an old fashioned but it's something great.
