Friend's wife wanting breast augmentation (now NSFW)

Based upon my research (through old TD search engine threads), it appeared the overall majority of posters said that if an elective surgery such as this would result in divorce. Most posts appeared to be speculative.
In 2016, do these assumptions still ring true? If this helps, my friend, Bill Clover, said his wife is just seeking a lift and not necessarily a whole new engine rebuild.
He's reading this thread (an avid reader, non-poster) so feel free to share your thoughts with hard concrete proof one way or the other (couple stays married vs. couple gets divorced).

It's all about her personality. If she likes attention, she's gonna get it with the new gear. Just a matter if he's comfortable with that and if he trusts her not to give in to the new attention. I think its just a symptom of a cheating personality to want a better body in order to be attractive to guys. If she's happily married, why care about her tits?
I personally wouldn't do it. My ex wife wanted them and it would have been just one more reason for her to cheat. I saved the $$$ and she cheated anyway.
