Jesus OP, don't listen to these quacks. It's probably nothing, just ignore it and wait for it to get better on it's own like a normal man.

When I was a youngin we would squat down and hyperventilate and stand up to get the "rush." I passed out one time and cut my forehead on the edge of the dresser. My mom stopped that with the quickness

You can't get dizzy if you never sit down.

It's probably orthostatic hypotension. In laymen's terms your blood pressure is significantly dropping as you stand up. Go to your health provider and have them take your blood pressure while sitting and then when you stand up.

If by chance you are currently on blood pressure, then your heart rate might be slowing down, which would also cause the dizziness. If this is the case you will more then likely have to have a pacemaker, in order to insure your heart rate doesn't fall below 60 beats per minute.

Wat. Unless I'm exercising, my pulse is nearly always below 60.

ETA: Just took it and it's 54.

Definitely does not sound like inner ear or menieres.

Orthostatic hypotension most likely. Have you just started taking any new medications or had any altered recently?

Lately (past 2 months give or take) I have been getting dizzy when I stand up from a sitting or crouching position. It's that common "head rush" feeling I used to get from time to time growing up, but now it's every day and more intense. Anybody experience anything like this?

Are there any other symptoms? Do you ever notice shortness of breath, especially when laying down? Any swelling of your hands and feet? Any changes in your appetite or bowl and kidney functions?

Before having a second cardiovesion last Tuesday my sitting heart rate was staying in the 130 range. Now it's high 50s low 60s usually. But I do take both blood thinner (warfarin) and blood pressure medicine as well. I can't think of the name of that one.

And not sitting down will also help with your fatness. Its a win/win.

Inner ear issues, low blood pressure stemming from any number of causes...the list is long. It is absolutely worth seeing your doctor for. Some of the causes can be serious. If it isn't, great, he fixes you and you feel better. If it is serious, s/he or someone else fixes you and you feel better...or you die.
