SoLou and Twist are packed constantly. TBH, there are a lot of places that are hard to get in and out of, but right there doesn't really bother me.

If I'm coming from Staring, Perkins from Bluebonnet, or Essen.. all I do is hop into that center turn lane to get into the lot. If I'm coming from Kennilworth side of Perkins, it's a basic right turn.

Now.. if you have to turn left at peak hours when you leave the place, it does get a bit harder.

That’s a tie according to my scoring system.

Their cocktails were surprisingly good and cheap. The tacos were arse, especially the presentation. And it was really dark in there when I went.

Paper rock taco sucked. Both of their locations closed. They were huge on mango salsa. Need to make your food craveable. This isn’t it.

I figured once Barracuda Taco landed in BR that RPT and Gov't Taco were toast. Both have closed shop and Barracuda seems to be thriving still.

They should have never opened the Perkins location. They weren't necessarily killing it at the one on campus. Went to the one on campus before tailgating for a game this fall and I knew they were doomed.

Rock Paper Taco sounds like a restaurant name that I'd come up with.

Years ago in Goose Creek, SC, a little town outside of Charleston, a Ryan’s Steakhouse that had closed turned into a funeral home.

I always wondered if they did cremations in the same oven they baked the big fat yeast rolls in.

Biggest crowd I ever saw there was for the memorial service they held for Dale Earnhardt. Parking lot overflowed into a nearby neighborhood, biggest crowd of rednecks I’ve seen assembled other than the yearly Coastal Carolina Fair.

The funeral home eventually closed, I believe now it’s a Hispanic church.

So today, my wife said they have all signs lit up and electronic banner board says “hiring all positions.” The heck? Thought it was gonna be a funeral home.

Better restaurant to funeral than the other way around.

I believe New Orleans Funeral and Cremation may have been a restaurant years ago. It is in New Orleans East. There may have been something else in the location between the time it was a restaurant and funeral home.

I mean everything in that location dies so might as well be a funeral home
