Calls it a "attack on police." I think he's a bit out of touch on this one.

He also claims the attacks on 9/11 were completely unprovoked.

A grown man would have to have something wrong with him to melt over a damn Beyonce song.

I'm surprised anyone could understand her

This. Not everything needs to be overly politicized. She wrote a song about black people. She IS black. It's not a big deal and doesn't affect my life one way or another.

He seemed a little confused wtf was going on. I took the performance as a nod to Michael Jackson's show

Obvious black panthers was obvious

It's a really stupid song. But I'm not sure I see the anti-police angle in the lyrics.

Agreed. I just took it as a "Proud to be a black woman" song, nothing bad about it at all.

This. I guess if it was a country singer with KKK members dancing behind them then y'all would be OK with it correct? If not then you're a hypocrital piece of shite.

I read the lyrics. More like a proud to be a rich woman who likes a lot of sex song. Frankly the lyrics are nearly unintelligible. "Ok I slay." Alright whatever.

Right... she wrote a polarizing, political themed song and dance routine. I wouldn't call it overly politicized when it pisses people off.

Like every year, I think people just look for shite to make a big deal about.. And if that person was trying to make a statement, if everyone just didn't talk about it and move on then it wouldn't be a big deal.

What does annoy me is how a lot of the media like HuffPo and others are treating Beyoncé like she is some artistic deity. "Queen Bey," is this for real?
I swear she had to pay HuffPo $1M to put out as many breathless tweets about her during the game. It was absurd.

Wilbon on PTI said there should be major backlash towards Guiliani.
