I don't view that as a "threat", more along the lines of Obama needs to get this decisive situation under control or suffer blood on his hands and BLM protestors aren't representative of most of America, nor will Americans tolerate domestic terrorism from this group or any racially motivated group and will demand accountability and push back against them.
His words are poorly chosen, but this is nothing compared to some of the hate filled speech geared towards white people that has been flying off the rails.
Point blank, we need the president to actually lead. He has set this toxic tone in this country and is the most responsible party outside of the shooters involved in these events. He's pandered to the lowest common denominator and reinforced their behavior.
