NEW ENGINE OPTIONS

Based on your need, the 2018 F-150 provides more engine alternatives. First, there’s an all-new standard 3.3L Ti-VCT V6. Next up, a 2.7L EcoBoost,? a 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 and a 3.5L EcoBoost are all paired with a 10-speed transmission to deliver improved acceleration and performance. Of course, the F-150 Raptor gets its own unique high-output 3.5L EcoBoost. Also look for yet another powerful new option … with a new 3.0L Power Stroke? Diesel engine.

Detroit Auto Show is this week. Lots of interesting products.

I like the F150 update better than the one that has been on the market for a couple of years. That grill bar thing is a bit much though. Looks like they also have not fixed the wayvy aluminum panels on the side too.

engine options are consumer confusing.

Make one for better gas mileage
Make another for better tow/hp

Yea, the only physical difference it seems is the double bar (similar to the Super Duty options)

The biggest issue I have with my 2015 F-150 is with the driver and passenger doors.

You have to "slam" them in order to shut properly. Unlike anything else I have ever experienced. Maybe due to the all aluminum body?

I've brought it to 2 different dealerships and both say it's "normal."

Kia actually showed a badass rear wheel drive sports sedan yesterday.

The F150 update will be the biggest Ford release this week unless they are hiding a Bronco somewhere.
