or 3 - your on the way to elk camp and need a couple hours sleep.
I sleep in my truck each way to and from elk camp. I don't stop long enough for a motel/hotel to make sense plus the selection where I stop is pretty low. I am talking the Antler Inn Liquor Store and Hotel bad.

Had an ex girlfriend we left ole miss game at night without a hotel reservation and decided to stop at a rest stop to sleep... folded down seats in my explorer and laid down. Lucky I guess nothing happened,
