Fool proof way to avoid a DWI or proof of a fool??

Here's the scenario that's been debated for years amongs a few buddies.
Keep a pint of whiskey in your vehicle at all times. If you ever get pulled over after 10 to many you exit the vehicle immediately in clear view of the patrol vehicles camera. Close the door, toss the keys on the ground and chug the pint. Could they charge you with a DWI?
Ok OT, battle it out...

I have always advocated this
I just don't see how they could charge you.
Prove I was drunk before I chugged that fifth

Let's hear your reasoning.

They already have you on camera driving recklessly.

I was thirsty and all out of Starbucks...

I've never had a cop answer me on this

Sounds like a good way to get shot. Especially at night.

You'd be surprised how often the video doesn't show that.

Chugging a pint after you have already had 10 too many doesn't sound like the best idea.....

Exactly

No your reasoning for chugging, your reasoning for that being enough to avoid a DWI.

Exiting your vehicle during a traffic stop is just inviting a trigger happy cop to shoot you.

Let's just say you were sober. If they tested you immediately, would it even register? As I understand it, the capillaries in your lungs expel the alcohol in your blood so if it hasn't had time to get in your bloodstream yet, it wouldn't really hold water.
