WHAT?! On big weekends it's like the "out of town locals" meet up spot... It's as if when people graduate from and becomes professionals but they're out of BR and want to act like they are at Freds again...

Every time I go, I run into like 10 people I haven't seen in forever from BR. Females get loose there for some reason.

Any place that will charge a DD $3 for water after charging a cover just to get in can kiss my arse.

That's why you don't sign up to be the DD or drink water

The cheap $5 cover keeps the regular FQ trash out. it's worth it

I wasn't, and I didn't. That's still bullshite and frick that place. Too many other fun places to go that that have neither a cover or charge for water.

Is a DD needed in NOLA. How are Uber drivers and/or taxis down there?

Our streetcar system is atrocious

They haven't even let people start riding them yet, they just have drivers testing them all day everyday. And, they have already hit multiple vehicles.

The streetcars in NOLA are mostly downtown huh? I will be in the Uptown area from what I understand. My arrangements were made for me so we will see if I get downtown.

Yea, crazy thought huh?

Maybe when you have a job other than being your parents' child you'll grow up.

They go all the way uptown to the CBD (downtown but we don't call it that) then up towards the lake to mid city, which is another spot to checkout

If someone says "downtown" they may not be talking about in the central business area where the tall glistening buildings are... they very well may be talking about further "down river", the 9th ward

Streetcars uptown. Not a perfect system, but it works.

Buses and taxis as well.
