This guy just can't get right.

What a stupid girl. Get a separate lawyer than your cocaine trafficking boyfriend.

So you think fricking in public is ok? Where is the line drawn? Movie theaters? How about some extra nut butter for your popcorn? Train rides? Come on ride the train, ride it. Disney World?

That's a lot of question marks. Just because something is natural doesn't make it ok to be done in public. There had to be some line that's not crossed. I go to the beach to relax and take in some sun, not see old balls flapping around.

GTFO. A 3 year old also likely wouldn't understand what was going on if it was being raped. Guess we should just let that go too.

How are the two even remotely comparable?

I'm not arguing the possible sentence though, just responding to someone claiming you're a prude if you think it's sick to have sex in public, in front of children.

I think a felony is appropriate but 15 years is way too much jail time.

A felony for having sex? The 3 year old doesn't even know what is going on. Especially if they had a towel over them.

This is why they're throwing the book at him.

Sucks, but this had nothing to do with drugs. Should not be a felony or be on a sex offender registry.

Also, that girl is 20 years old. Way to ruin her life before it even begins. Just arrest them, write them a hefty ticket, even charge them with a misdemeanor, and then let them go.

There's a difference between it being "ok" and not thinking they deserve to have their lives ruined because of it.

what a cock-blocking, bible-thumping country. this country is terrified of sex.

Even the most liberal, progressive countries in the world have laws prohibiting having sex in public in front of children. Whoever thinks that their actions were ok is seriously fricked up in the head

Does the fact that it's in public, wide open, escape you? What locations do you consider ok for public fricking? Gimme a list.

Look man, my user name isn't LNCHBOX. Stop grouping me with him, I'm not arguing his points, just that they shouldn't have been doing it in public, period.

I don't think anyone is arguing it's ok. Its the severity of the penalty that is way out of line.

Are we better as a society to keep them from being productive for the rest of their lives? Are we better off subsidizing them in prison and on the street? Does anyone really think they are a danger to anyone?

Then who are you arguing with? I haven't seen anyone say it's fine to frick in public... we're just saying that the punishment is overkill.

Should they be punished in some way for their behavior? YES

Should they be placed on the sex offender list with pedophiles? NO

i wonder how many here have seen this kind of stuff happen during spring break and even cheered them on? I get the feeling people here are more offended that a 40 yr old guy was banging a 20 yr old girl than they are that it was in public or in front of kids.

do i think what they did was wrong? yes.

Do i think they should have to register? not a chance.

Damn those Florida alcohol laws are strict....

On a side note: I hope they were on a blanket, sand and a moist vagina is not a good combination....

Go read WeeWee calling people prudes. It's not prudish at all, far from it.

No one is saying its ok.

There is an area between "OK" and "felonious sex offense requiring years in prison and registered offender status".

I bet no other 1st world western country would put these people in jail for years and make them be registered sex offenders. If this happened in Europe or Canada they might get detained, fined, and released.
