Soooooooo, they were getting their sand wrestling on and a kid saw them. It's not like they drove to a day care, waited for recess, then spread eagle on the jungle gym and gave the kids a play by Play. Get off your high horse. This as well as people getting arrested for having consensual sex with an 16 year old when they are 18 because their parents are pissed is not deserving of a sex offender list

I'm still trying to figure out the people that say it's creepy because the 40 year old guy was having sex with a girl half his age. Would they say that about a 30 year old guy? Why hate on him because he's 40?

Link? Can you verify this?
If its true, they should've gotten a year in jail and a very hefty fine to the tue of maybe 200K.
Sex offender registration is stil way too much and disproportionate to their offense.
