Flooring Contractor in BR

Getting the nursery ready for our new baby, we noticed a bubble in the middle of the wood flooring. As we walked around it shifted to a far wall.
Floors are Morning Star bamboo which were installed 3-4 years ago by the previous homeowners. Therefore they have no install guarantee.
It could be moisture but there is no odor or other signs of water damage. Faulty glue or just a bad install?
We do have an extra box of planks that could be used for a small repair.
Any recommendations on flooring specialists in BR? Home Advisor recommends Hunter Ventures.
ETA: Per the advice of the Rant I contacted Les Miles. He had a want to do quality work, but I wasn't keen on his idea of putting in fescue.

I think Will Wade will be a good hire. As for the floor, I think Canada's offense will be fun to watch.

Crap, it'll never be ready in time. But glad to see that the PVC pipe is gone.

Welp that's just flooring. It happens.

Blame it on JaCoby Jones, hit that homer last night and it fricked up your floor.

Looks like when the floor was installed, it was laid to the wall. It needs 1/4" to 1/2" gap to allow the floor to breathe and expand. Just need to remove the shoe moulding, trim the flooring pieces closest to the wall, be sure it lays flat again, then reinstall the moulding

Is this a pier and beam home? If so moisture under the home can cause the floors to buckle like this. Need to check and make sure theres no plumbing leaks causing moisture, or vent the underside better.

The home is on a slab. We did that the carport was sweating throughout the winter so I'm hoping this isn't part of a larger issue.
No change in utilities to suggest a slab leak like I had at my last house. Perhaps a drain issue though.
