Hey guys, just wanted to say I'm sorry to hear about everybody's houses here in BR, I was lucky enough to make it out unscathed, but I realize that many weren't. I have a few crews of guys that will be doing sheet rock and insulation removal in the areas that where effected. If you're on the board and your house was effected, or you have a family member or friend that was effected, please let me know via email. If you're on the board, just mention it in the email and I'll help you out.

Once again, sorry to here about the homes, I know it's been tough for a few of y'all, let me know if I can help.

I think it's really cool that you're willing to help people out at no charge.

The Mrs and I picked option C. We put our stuff in a Target buggy, grabbed the dog and walked up the nearly vacant I-12 from Millerville to Sherwood. It felt almost like an episode of The Walking Dead, but with water instead of zombies.

sounds eerie

It was. I had the wife video me walking with the buggy while I was pushing the buggy. I want to put the closing theme from the old Hulk tv show on it lol!

From your estimate, have an aunt off King Henry up from you by the winn Dixie. ..water close to the roof all through there?

Depends on their elevation. A friend hosted her in-laws out from their home at Flannery-Old Hammond yesterday at some time. The water was up to their house but not in it.

I'd bet Target would be happy to know they helped with a loan of a buggy.

What else's were they supposed to do?
