I've gotten to know her a little over the last year. She helps out with many charities and foundations. She has an awesome stage personality when helpings for said charity events. Just a great personality over all.

I'd imagine that a lot of deployed guys get cheated on. Probably >50%. Her only problem was she let a dude nut in her. That was dumb.
Most people have cheated once and have been cheated on. I have been down both roads, so I can't judge unless it is a recurring theme. If you're 30+ years old and believe you've never been cheated on, you're living in la la land.
The only thing I can say is good for her for making a very successful business out of something so simple, and good for her for still looking good being however old she is

She sells crappy t-shirts and low-quality merchandise that has various NOLA symbols and sayings on them. In the post Katrina "everyone wants to love NOLA" phase of our history, she realized there would be a huge market to sell her crappy wares for high prices, and she did so.
It's a great business model. Good for her.
All the self-promotion and idolization by her "fans" I don't get though. She made some smart business decisions. Good. That doesn't make her a celebrity, though.

If you honestly believe that, you are living in la la land or just know a lot of trash. I met my wife young enough that I am 99% sure I have never been cheated on. Discussed past relationships with ex's and that's one thing we all never did to each other, well except the one crazy that was hard to get rid of that I made sure to burn that bridge. Lasted too short and she was too clingy for that to be realistic, but I will give you 1%. My parents I would give 100% that they were never cheated on or cheated. Know several couples I could say it's 100%.
I can say for 100% sure that I never cheated on anyone, just too boring and don't want that drama garbage in my life. It's too easy to say to someone to go away for me.

It happened a lot less with older people, and obviously that wasn't written as every single person ever has been cheated on. You may have, and you just don't know about it. Why would an ex tell you if they've already gotten away with it?
