So the flat earth people have a $20,000 reward for proving them wrong. any takers?
I'm not a flat earther myself, but it seems to me if this would be easy there wouldn't be that kind of money sitting out there?

Coriolis effect?
One can stand few hundred yards away and I'll use math to show how he will get hit.

idk? apparently they've interviewed guys from the military that claim they never use the coriolis effect when shooting

Lose the all caps...and improve your thread title.

Couldn't you just start traveling east and film the whole thing until you got back to where you started?

nah...the way they say it's all laid out would work if you just went round the world

Look at all the other planets, all round.

Use GPS, start at the North Pole.
Walk south for half a mile
Walk east or west half a mile
Walk North half a mile
Realize the Earth is round

They'll come up with some hair brained excuse regardless. They don't believe that gravity exists. I imagine they'd disregard anything they can't explain as fictional

So they say GPS is ground based. I tend to agree here though. If GPS was satelite based, how would you lose GPS when you are in a remote area?

Well sure, but there's got to be some sort of hard evidence even these nut jobs can't refute if the earth isn't flat

If earthbis flat. What's on the bottom? Can we dig through ?

ISS Feed
If they don't believe that link is real, and don't believe that the mathematically proven, and fundamental force of gravity exists. Then they are indeed refuting hard evidence

The deepest humans have been able to dig is 8 miles. The Russians did it and they came across rock they could not dig through

I would just show them my dick. Doesn't really prove anything but it would make me feel better.

If the world was flat, all the cats would have knocked everything off of it by now.

Assuming they are going to bitch about anything involving Kepler, we'll attempt to stay land based:
-Take them sailing, point out that the top of the mast of the oncoming sailboats appear first.
-Show them the round (spherical) edges of the shadow on the moon during a lunar eclipse and how it doesn't change over time.
-Have them attempt to make a triangle on the surface of the earth (of significant distance; possibly using lasers in buildings) and measure the angles; they won't add up to 180.
-Take them to a high mountain and show them how the mountains in the distance "dip" away; they will claim the mountains are getting smaller, so take them to the farthest mountain they can see and look back at the original, it will "dip" away as well.
