I don't get the fitbit craze. I definitely see more out of shape people with them than the opposite. If you need to track your sedentary movements to be considered part of your exercise/healthy lifestyle, then you probably aren't doing enough. Get out and go for a 20 minute jog or hit the weights for an hour. You'll be able to tell that you got enough exercise in from the sweat. I'll admit I could just be missing some huge deal with them, but I don't get it.

I'm more interested it tracking my heart rate throughout the day and also my sleep. I think the fit bit is a rather inexpensive and unobtrusive way to do both.
