If you are randomly drug-tested at work or wherever you may want to rethink the 'weed up' thing. THC (marijuana) stays in your system as far as drug screens go up to 90 days. Just a little fair warning.

Fort Collins is a cool college town with lots of great pubs. Downtown Denver has a nice vibe as well, your friends should know all about it. And the skiing is great at just about any resort. Have a blast...

From Ft. Collins you have a bit of driving to do to get to I-70. That being said, some have mentioned Steamboat. Great choice. Cool old school downtown with bars/restaurants. Eudora out of Nederland is very old school, funky and small, but with a good upslope great riding and skiing without major crowds.

Down the road, one of my favorite areas is Loveland. No frills, small with great terrain. Keeps you from going through the tunnel. Then the big areas, Keystone, Copper, Breck, Vail......more amenities and nightlife. I like Breck the most, good night life outstanding terrain. Oh, forgot Winter Park/Mary Jane which you could reach with some effort from Ft Collins without going to 70. MJ very nice, good bumps and steeps......

Oh, and don't forget to blaze ........
