Took my kid to the firework stand today. I was shocked how much money the poors were spending on fireworks.

I have four college aged kids lighting it up right now. They all work and have the money to blow on a bit of fun. It just started raining. I’m sure they’ll be in a bit.

I was actually surprised at how much they were for what little we got. $28 for 2 packs of sparklers and 2 of the ground multi flares. My 4 month old wasn’t impressed. He has more fun trying to grab a light up toy to try to bite it. We’ll try again on the 4th

Fireworks, lottery tickets, cigarettes, rims, tattoos. A lot of poor people in our country aren't really poor. They're just ignorant idiots who make "poor" decisions.

I said the same thing. Sounded like a warzone just after dark until i crashed. Cant blame them, nice weather this year but i know the fireworks stands made money.

Fireworks are illegal here, but that hasn't stopped the neighborhood from sounding like a war zone every year but this year. I haven't heard a single fire cracker. I guess the Bidenomics is working.
