I know in Metairie it's illegal but at midnight it looks like the Shock and Awe campaign over Baghdad. Would think the same applies to BR. Don't be an idiot an you will be fine. Cops don't give a shite.

We grew up shooting them every NYE. Lived in Southdowns. Parents had a party every year. My dad had a Civil War musket that we'd shoot off with only gunpowder of course. It'd shake the neighborhood. Only had a cop come by once in probably 16 years.
