Fire reported at Valero Refinery in Meraux

St. Bernard Parish firefighters were responding to a fire at the Valero refinery in Meraux, the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office confirmed Wednesday morning (Feb. 8).
The severity of the fire and the size of the fire department's response were not immediately known.

Are you sure it's not just the flare burning off vents? That's what they were calling a "fire" when Dow lost power several months ago.

This is an excellent opportunity raise gas prices.
