to an extent, yes
i don't agree with everything those guys post, but that...philosophy involves a lot of science. same as PUA stuff
extreme feminists love to reject science. it's my new favorite "liberals hating science" meme

But I still think there's some degree of harassment at these things...groping, zoomed-in cleavage/upskirt shots,
i don't think anybody here defends groping...i don't think any rational poster on tRP supports groping
my only problem with groping is how so many people have lumped it in with legit sexual assault, which de-legitimizes actual sexual assault. groping isn't ok, but it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. it's nothing close to rape (and skews "sexual assault" stats to absurd degrees)
zoomed in cleavage shots? not a bad thing. if it's public, it's open game
upskirt is not public, and therefore is a bad thing

aggressive hitting-on
what is this ?

I mean, if I decided to dress up like the rock and went to a gay bar, I would expect to be looked at. Are girls really this dumb?

The unwillingly photographed part is hilarious.

Obviously it's not true, but that's the overall PC dogma.
The truth is people of every stripe can be counts to each other.

i didn't invent the concept
you need to #checkyourprivilege and do some research on the current state of how discrimination is perceived

I don't care what the current popular politically correct opinion is. You and I both know the truth.

In all of the time I've read and heard complaints from women complaining about objectification I've never been able to determine a useful and accurate description. Or at least not one which doesn't apply to any number of other things which are not deemed offensive. Let's make the assumption a person believes that being ogled or having one's body parts stared at or lusted after is objectification... what then?
The traditional argument seems to be that this is offensive, if not evil, because it reduces a person to being considered less than fully a person and only values certain characteristics or a person without valuing the person as a whole. But we make these types of judgments and discriminations all of the time with respect to a variety of personal characteristics so do we become upset only if we don't like the objectification because it is sexual, or negative, or from a person we don't find desirable?
I don't think this is a valuable definition. Certainly only seeking to interact with women for selfish reasons (sex) is not treating them with respect but: 1) women do this to men 2) gay men do this to other men 3) it isn't fundamentally different from only interacting with another person for non-sexual selfish reasons. I suppose this line of thought is the result of a puritan influence + modern feminism = men's sexual desires are a special category of evil.

What about women asking men to perform any number of more physical tasks?
Should we be "offended" because they've reduced us to muscles?
Should tall folk bridle at being asked to grab something off the top shelf?

well to argue from the fembot perspective, a true feminist would never ask you to do that
and in their ideal world, once we remove gender socialization via the patriarchy, there won't be any physical differences other than penis/vagina

Has anyone spent time in this thread making up a creepy thing to say to them other than what's on their boards?

"I'd like to GRRMartin all over your Chun Li's and smurf my buster sword into your Saarlaac pit...

I'm the supreme gentleman"

The funny thing is those girls probably wouldn't be creeped out if the person who said those things was halfway attractive.
Gawky nerd with my little pony shirt: (Smiles awkwardly, looks down) "That's the scariest, but, huh huh, sexiest cosplay I've seen"
Cosplay girl: OMG creepy!!1!
6'3 OT Baller with Rolex: (In a commanding, smooth voice) "That's the scariest, but sexiest Cosplay I've ever seen" (Wry smile)
Cosplay Girl: Teehee you're so bad!!

Pretty much the reason I really like King of the Hill. Peggy is a stupid idiot, and the show acknowledges it.
