I'd put my money on pretty much any state's high school boys champion against her.

My wager assumes she would take a few. On the whole, I think I would come out ahead, though.

About 10-12 states best players wold beat her.
What gets you in trouble is states like Florida and California have multiple kids that would beat her

Gymnastics seems like a possible sport where it could happen, but do they do the same things in their competitions?
Women and men both vault and have floor routine.
Women do the uneven bars and balance beam, for a total of 4 events.
Men do the rings, pommel horse, horizontal bar and parallel bars, for a total of 6 events.
Dudes would likely balk at all the dick/ball injuries of the uneven bars and balance beam. None of the gals could objectively compete with the men on any of the men's events at this point, as well as the vault. The floor (with it's highly subjective ratings) would be about the only one the sexes could compete on relatively even footing, and even then due to the subjective nature of it. FWIW I don't think the men would be competitive in balance beam or uneven bars, either - those are just made more for women.

You can make a lot of money playing a game called poker too.
Monetary payout does not determine the validity of an activity claiming whether it's a sport or not.
Foosball and air hockey require greater hand-eye coordination than darts, but I don't hear anyone proclaiming either of those games as a sport.

Billiards?
Probably this, but this isn't an athletic event. It's a skill game.

C'mon we all know that Rousey would beat Mayweather.

Meh. Serena could handle a lot of younger and amateur male players, rather easily.
However, just like an aging Jimmy Connors destroyed Martina Navritalova just after her prime (using gender-normed, hybrid rules to handicap Connors), IMHO, Serena would not be a highly ranked professional if male.
Women play 3 sets, men play 5 - it's just a completely different level of endurance and strength at that level.
Let's go back to one of the famous assholes of all time - Bobby Riggs - he was 55 years old when he played BJK and it had been 26 years since he had been ranked #1 in the world. BJK was, at that point, the greatest female tennis player in history, at the top of her game and 30 years old.
The 55-year old Riggs, after not taking the match very seriously (circus atmosphere, think Apollo Creed before the first fight with Balboa) - was leading 4-2 in the first set, before fading to King in straight, barely competitive sets, 6-4, 6-3, 6-3.
Even sports where gross strength are not as emphasized, such as golf, women would stand little chance of being competitive on a regular basis. It's not a character issue or misogyny - it's biology. Why do feminists hate science? Less than 3% of a man's metabolism is set up to support reproduction - about 25% of a woman's is. And that's not even taking into account the evolutionary effect of men being the hunters and women being the gatherers during the stone age.

I've seen some women in shooting competitions that are badasses.
Not sure if that's a sport.
Any of the main sports in the world, college men can beat world #1 women and I don't think it'd be very difficult.

Oak Hill/Montverde type HS men’s basketball teams would beat the WNBA all-stars with months of practice EASILY.
God I’d love to see it too.

I don't consider shooting competitions to be athletic events either. Even less so than darts.
I honestly don't see a reason why women can't compete well in NASCAR and I wonder if it's mostly a matter of few women trying. The car and crew do most of the work although women do actually suck at driving in general.

It could be hard for an MLB baseball player to hit a softball pitch from top level softball pitcher.
You don't realize how incredible MLB, hell, even big college baseball players' hands are. Couple that with how they'll do once they get the timing down from a shorter distance they'll destroy softball pitching. And if they were throwing from 60' 6" then it would be laughable.
And if you flipped the tables, softball hitters wouldn't hit MLB pitching to save their lives either.

The last male player ranked in the top 500 in tennis would destroy Serena Williams, she wouldn't win a point.

"Skip, wait - you want us to adjust to hitting a larger ball, going slower, from a shorter distance by a girl? What do we win?"

"Bart, that's another strikeout from the rookie in his first start. These girls just can't seem to get around on these pitches. I mean, when they do make contact, it's either straight up or backwards. And Snell has focused on 2 pitches, mainly, to this point."

The Ozark Highlands Trail stretches 165 miles through northwest Arkansas. It was built, and is maintained, by theOzark Highlands Trail Association.
Steve Kirk and Greg Eason of Little Rock, AK, ran the trail in 2d16h34m in March 2004 (Kirk and Eason later set the FKT for Arkansas' Ouachita Trail.)
Starting on January 24, 2009, Jenny Foster lowered the record by just over 2 hours, to 2d14h25m.
Women are pretty good at ultra endurance sports.
Also I saw some stick fighting videos where it looked like being smaller and lighter was an advantage. If they had a small sword you'd be shredded to ribbons before you could blink. Can't seem to find the videos now though.
