Anyone else living in a FEMA MHU that received a "notice of intent to lien" from a plubming subcontractor?

You can do that until you get paid. Contractor just protecting themselves. You also have a 30 day window to do it.

It says for plumbing work done on the MHU, ummm, wouldn't that be FEMA's deal though?

I'm sure they'll send it to proper address too. You also have to file it with the city.

I'm sorry yall. I am staying in a FEMA MHU while my house is being renovated. This intent to lien is addressed to "FEMA Recepient" and states I have 10 days to act.

Something tells me a whole bunch of people gonna be receiving similar letters from contractors who arent being paid by fema in a timely fashion

Hey now this thing is 3BR 2 BA, they forgot to put freon in the AC, doors wont shut, i leaned on the sink with my fat arse brushing my teeth and ripped the sink out the wall. This thing is straight pimp!

Sounds like a plumber is going after the notifying the wrong people. And that guy's signature looks weird, like he forgot how to spell his name.
