FBI releases video of chase, shooting that killed Oregon refugee occupier

But they and FB said he came out with his hands up and surrendered after he laid down. This must be one of those fake gov't videos.

Perhaps. There isn't really any context (I.e. Was he saying something?). Does that change the fact that he came out with his hands up?
It seems like he'd come out gun in hand if his intent was to shoot, rather than put his hands up. But people are dumb, so who knows.

You know what I mean. Yes, he initially did, then began reaching for something. The cops weren't going to let him take it out after they were already running from them.

He was definitely speeding but he wasn't trying to run anyone over. If anything he was trying to avoid the cars.

Why would he have his hands up. See all the agents. Then suddenly go for a gun? As if seeing them suddenly made him think he could shoot his way out of it. If only we could hear what was being said.

Playing dumb? You said people were idiots for saying he had his hands up when the video showed that he did. I think it's noteworthy that he didn't jump out of the car and run at the cops like other initial accounts said.

You said he reached. His hands could have come down while he tried to keep his balance in the 2 ft snow.
