That happened here a year or so ago. All related to compounding pharmacy and billing insurance.

Well with the federal government and billing its easy to get screwed up. they make ambiguous charging mechanisms and when they decide they want to punish an entity for political or to make an example of them they will change their interpretation of their own ambiguous rules. The feds like to play games with peoples lives and livelyhoods, they dont give a crap.

This happens quite a bit, and more times than not, it's over fraud.

Makes sense. If it was narcotic related I'd expect the DEA not FBI

This is going to be big. From what I've heard, there are Doctors that are owners in some of these pharmacies and have their wives names as the owner. Plenty of people will be in a sling after all is said and done.
