I mix a ghost pepper sauce I saw on Hot Ones™ with homemade Alabama white sauce.

Whatever the 2nd hottest sauce the restaurant has.

I find that the hottest sauces typically lack flavor and are just straight up heat.

Never ate wings before. Really. Guess it's something that goes back growing up poor. That was the cheapest thing to buy way back in the day.

How do y'all make your wings?

I put them in the smoker for 2-3 hours, stick em in the fridge, and fry them for a minute or so when I want to eat. I'll toss them up in that sauce concoction and drizzle just a little bit of blue cheese sauce over them.

I mix up the Habanero Tabasco in the White Sauce. Something different and really good!
