What was your favorite class during college?

For me, it’s a toss up between Film or Roman History.

I had a professor named Dr Schierling (sp) at LSU that taught Greek and Roman mythology. He was quite possibly my favorite teacher I've ever had.

He died of cancer during the middle of the last class I took with him. I purposely took his classes as electives because I liked him so much.

ETA - the classes were called "Classical Studies". This would have been 1996-1999 or so.

The New South with Dr. Gaines Foster. Totally enjoyed the course and learned a ton about the how and why the South developed like it did after the civil war to the present day.

Pistol and Rifle Marksmanship.

I can’t believe they will let any person take that class. Once the Sgt. was down range checking on something and someone accidentally let off a shot. Everyone yelling “CEASE FIRE”. His eyes got as wide as possible, fiercely asking “Who fired that shot!”. No one said anything, I thought he was going to kill someone.

The amount of hot arse in that class was jaw dropping.
