Worked for an ortho trauma service, we also did a clinic with regular broken bones, diabetic ulcers etc etc... These people are so nasty that they don't notice the smell. Almost blew chunks many many times due to the smell of dying flesh or a hole that was covered up and full of bacteria and decaying tissue...
