Faster as drivers out of their state: Louisiana
Slowest drivers in their own state: Louisiana

Idk, I see more cars with handicap mirror hangers driving recklessly and usually the people in them, more often than not, look like they don't need it.

There is a difference between the hanging handicap cards and the permanent handicap plates.
The hanging ones are passed around Auntie's family, so every one can park up close at the Walmarks, whereas the permanent ones are given to old , slow drivers that are unaware of most things, other than when their next doctor's appointment is.

Surprised Mich drivers weren't mentioned. But you guys live down south. They are fast drivers. And as mentioned above, ohio drivers are slow. Very slow.

Not bad... but damn, Texas has got to be the worst left lane slow driver problem of all them. It's weird, because they have signs that say left lane for passing only all over the damn place.
You got this right.
It's called "lane discipline" and Texas drivers have none.
The worst though is on the 70 mph 4 lane (2 each direction) highways when semis that are governed to 65 get passed by semis that can go 66 or 67 and it takes 10 minutes for one to creep by the other.
At least with cars driving slow in the left lane you can pass them on the right (my dad called it a "California Pass"). With the semis it's impossible.
