Cool, I mean not literally. Not really figuratively either. I take it back, not cool.

Worked 8 hours in the heat , sweating like a Mexican in trump towers ... Then on my way home the boss asks if I can take a service call , I would have liked to ask him if he loses his mind but I just said no problem and handled it .... I mean I was tired but I'm no pussy ... Well maybe

I was wondering how 480, Nurse, and Butters are fairing in the 120F heat in AZ today.

Wildfires Azusa and Duarte. 110 and 8 percent humidity, a recipe for wildfire disaster.

It got up to 120 here this past weekend. 3 hikers and 1 mountain biker died in AZ over the weekend due to the heat.

Someone mentioned pets in this heat. You just keep them inside and make sure they have plenty of water. You can't live in this area and have outdoor only pets. You want a pet, you assume that it will be an indoor pet. You also have to be careful walking them outside. The temps of sidewalks/asphalt can feel 20 degrees hotter than the actual temp to the dogs and it can burn their paw pads.

They had a piece on the news a few weeks ago. Some a-hole left his lab on the balcony of his apartment while he was at work. Poor dog died of heat stroke(a-hole didn't leave any water for the dog as well).

It counts after 105. Usually anything up to 105 is fairly manageable. You find some shade, a pool, you are fine.

After 105...it could be 0 humidity and it is still miserable if you are out in it for an extended period of time. Feels like you are sitting inside an oven. And if the wind blows....feels like a massive hair dryer is blowing hot air over your entire body.

Yeah, I'm at the SE corner of the county. It's definitely hotter here than where you were.

I ate in a suit outside in Phoenix when it was 98. I can't do that at 68 here
