Explain the term "skinny fat" to me.

Does this mean dad bod, thin people with no muscle tone, or people that look good in clothes but not so much naked.

What do we call fat people that are in good shape/ very strong? When I was in my 20s and cycling in Colorado there was a fat dude that would do century rides like Fat Lance Armstrong. Just a beast. Probably had 40 extra lbs on him at age 35.
