Explain my Ghost Story

I was living in Shreveport around 2001 and was 13 at the time. In our house we didn't have any paranormal stuff going on before this.
Was sleeping and had a very specific nightmare where I died in my dream. My dad and I were walking out of an Astro game when I was struck my lighting and died in the dream.
Woke up and sat up in my bed. So I wasn't laying there or asleep at all. There was a woman in my room glowing(not see through) and staring at me. She was wearing a long dress that looked like what someone would wear in the early 20th century. She then waved three times at me. Long waves across her body. On the third one I started to get up and she slowly disappeared.
I didn't go back to sleep so I know for a fact I was awake.

She waved three times? You're sure? This is very important.

You saw a ghost, or you dreamed about waking up in your bed and didn't actually wake up until you started to get up.

You were still asleep

How many pots did you smoke that night?

If you were up then you experienced a hypnopompic hallucination.

It was prob about the time you started playing with yourself. You were given 3 warnings, you didn't heed them, and have been cursed to hell.

Tons of people experience this. Night terror. You believe you're awake, because you ARE partially awake. The mind hasn't un-split the unconscious mind completely. People have had allllllll kinds of stories like yours. An experience a lot like tripping, that is undeniably realistic.
Bottom line is that it's up to you to decide what you think about it. There is essentially zero evidence of paranormal stuff. The only evidence is from these night terror type dreams. I have had those types of dreams... where I was 100% awake, but i -swore- to GOD that a snake was under the covers and i had to fling out of bed to check... and lo and behold, no snake.
