Is that in the Scriptures? or is that a separate church teaching ?

as far as I know, the White Throne Judgment, is when folks go to heaven or stay in heaven, or go elsewhere...no other details til I cross over.

in the meantime I can't rightly say where everyone will be gathered til the Judgment Day...I think the catholics call it one thing and not sure what other denominations call it. If there is a designation, we'll know it after we cross over, most likely from a loved one already there.

Exactly what I was talking about

You mean all those languages spoken by all those races that came from one single origin event. Those languages?

You dont have a clue where your religion comes from.

Wait, don't tell me you think Christianity stole from pagans?

Maybe you missed the part where they all came from a single belief system, and that over time, natural events, language, distance, etc. their rituals and important dates diverged from one another

The pagans just didn't pluck their beliefs out of thin air, they were handed down from their ancestors, too

"Paganism" refers to a range of spiritual paths. These are generally Neopagan religions based on the deities, symbols, practices, seasonal days of celebration and other surviving components of ancient religions, which had been long suppressed.

after I posted that, I recalled comments from Mom and other sources about the invisible world around us, and what exists there as well. and its' quite easy to forget, even for a believer.

to sum it up in simplistic terms, like in animal house, the notion of the devil/demons on one shoulder and an angel on the other is not very far from the truth.

I know I had an intervention to keep me safe cuz I couldn't always see a problem coming my way.

I remember visiting this so-called friend, I could just walk right in, went up to see what he was up to, he was kinda secretive about some stuff and I didn't pry, anyways, he's on the phone, and so I waited, but it was clear he wasn't gonna be done soon and I didn't have a great feeling about being there, but within moments, I just got a case of the heebie jeebies a very uneasy feeling, and just got the hell out of there.
come to find out later, the cops were there 5min after I left!!! I won't go into details, but it saved me a big hassle. thanks to my guardian angel
I can't prove it to folks, but getting an uneasy feeling like that was an unspoken message...I had more of those as a young man, than today. how about you?

There are people, whom have been briefly pronounced clinically dead, that have described dying as a much more vivid experience.

That is because when you die your consciousness goes back to Ultimate Reality. Your Source of Being. This life is an illusion, or maya as it is known to Hindus. Your true nature is consciousness and your mind is so powerful it creates this experience you call third dimensional life. That is it in a nutshell.

And as long as I obey his every command written down thousands of years ago, and believe in him when there is no logical reason to do so,

then after I die, he won't continually torture me in a burning fire for all eternity.

Sure hope I don't let him down.

How do you non-believers make it through the day without the serenity of christian faith to guide you?

You say confident, I say ignorant. See how that works? You should travel and read more.

It's actually the exact thing that Jesus and Buddha taught. Christ consciousness that a select few humans have taught about in a very profound way over the past three thousand years.

My dad died on the ER table ,in a few minutes they brought him back.He said he felt like he passed out . The doctor that brought him back asked him questions like did he see anything. He said no complete darkness. He was only gone for a few minutes though.

I went into cardiac arrest and was flatlined for a bit. I remember becoming aware that I was no longer in pain and there was a sense of pure happiness. No lights, family or pets were present. It wasn't dark nor light, I had no physical presence, I felt like a smile. Then I was sucked back into my painful physical self and here I am. Living a better, more attentive and giving life.

The level of ignorance among atheists is breathtakingly astounding

they imply that the there is no true God based on the various religions that exist

No, you're conflating the 2

Athiests are not saying religion doenst exist, they're not saying faith doesnt exist. I see religion and faith all the time. Atheists are stating that there is no god.

Evidence of religion is in no way proof of a god

Think of it like tuning a TV or radio antennas. You get better with experience.

To answer your last question, of course, like dogs some can sense vibrations in people. My vibe can be calm and when around certain people can sense disturbances in the "Force" or whatever you want to call it. Instincts have proven to be true more times than not when getting an uneasy feeling about someone.

Trust your intuition. A dog can sense fear in people. Fear is the opposite of love.
Hence, I'm wary of anyone a normal dog meets and immediately becomes aggressive with for no reason.
