Have any of you ever gotten sick from eating raw sushi? I’ve only eaten the fully cooked variety. Been wanting to try the raw salmon and tuna varieties, but admittedly am cautious.

Nope. Just don't go cheap, and you're good.

I've eaten my enormous weight in raw tuna in my life and I've never gotten sick. Don't eat raw tuna from a gas station, but it's fine from a reputable sushi joint.

No I have not.

But damn if I’m not waiting for a table at a local sushi place right now. If I get sick I blame you

We used to eat tuna warm straight out of the Gulf while it was still warm. I’d always knock the first one in the head with a bat and start cutting chunks out of him.

Eat all of the tuna raw that you desire.

Salmon has a strong taste to me.

Frick octopus and give me oysters

No but I wouldn’t go cheap on sushi. If they are giving you a “deal”, there is a reason.
