I had paragaurd in between our two kiddos. It's just like mirena but without any hormones. Yes, that shite was painful getting it. Worse than childbirth--felt like razor blades. It didn't hurt very much at all coming out. Hubs got a vasectomy 2 weeks after the youngest was born, so I don't have to worry about that again.
