I know there are some riders on this board and maybe some lts. Any updates on the route this year? I know there has been a news article released about the route change due to finishing up at the Convention Center, but what about Canal Street being closed at Rampart. I have not heard anything from the organization nor our lts, but if the normal route is taken, where would the turnoff from Canal happen? Not many streets wide enough to turn onto. Would the Uptown route be used?

I painted three different spots already in anticipation of potential routes.

Turn on Elk to Poydras.

I would think they will still pass as its on the far side but roll prob barricade off that block from parade goers. Not sure if it's even possible to turn off and back on around there.

Bruh I never took my ladder down. I go out to Orleans Ave. every 2 weeks and re-paint my space.

They’re doing the Zulu route according to sauces.

Zulu ain't doing their route.

Zulu doing Endymion route is more likely than Endymion doing Zulu.

Nvmd, Zulu does down Basin, not Rampart.

The question is will either pass Canal and Rampart.

It will be the getting to St Charles on Canal that will be the issue.

Does it have to get there?

Run it down Poydras to St. Charles and then finish as planned.

Is there a reason tied to Julia? Once on Poydras could you trail down to convention center, for instance?

I assume once they turn off, there is no point getting back to Canal. Going to be interesting taking Poydras all the way down.

Considering the consistent change of plans for hard rock, this may end up an alternate route for 2021 also.
