It's the damn St Georgians that made the EBR School system suck so bad they had to cheat to make graduation rates look better. And racism.

Problems at McKinley? Falsified records for grades, test results, and scholarship eligibility? We're busy talking about the "small progress" that St. George threatens to roll back in this school system while they're busy committing malfeasance and misappropriating scholarship money which is taxpayer funded!
So not only does the system actively, currently encourage a culture of corruption and covering up, but their proponents here TD think it's better for big businesses in the Parish to get annexed into the City Limits where Mayor/President and BILLION DOLLAR TAXMAN Kip Holden awaits with open arms.

More than likely he'll do like everyother EBRPSS leg humper has done since the audit release. Bash the auditor and say nothing about the criminal activity taking place inside the organization. They are experts at blaming someone else.
