Nakamoto going in: Talking about how Baton Rouge is on pace to break the murder record this year. of the 150 cameras that taxpayers spent $3.5 million on, only 70 are still working. This was supposed to help the crime rate, but as we all know, they've been very underwhelming

Are these cameras even located in the high crime areas? Or they lined up n down 3rd street and river road catching expired meters?

What is the murder record? I seem to remember it being bad in the mid 90s and early 00s.

If the cameras are put in high crime areas, they do work, catching criminals, and helping with investigations, but cameras are racist.
