Ebay Purchase from China : Should I be Wary?

Hello Guys
I found this really cost effective winter coat that I want to buy and it seems to meet my needs perfectly.
Reviews seem to be mostly good (95%+, but a few exceptions say the coat is falsely advertised visually)
However, the sellers are from China, and a couple of years ago (at least 6) I remember people saying buyers should be cautious of purchasing clothes from China. Could someone maybe elaborate or am I just being overly afraid.

There's things you can get away with buying from China. Clothes are not one of them.

Recently bought a phone case (knock off leather iPhone case) from China. All went well other than the fact it took about a month to arrive.

Yeah, definitely check the shipping times before buying. I almost bought something from China last month that seemed like a good deal, then I realized I wouldn't get it until late September.

Okay heres the deal. I need another coat. I want one that is lined on the inside with something warm like cotton, but can also double as a raincoat. Essentially an all purposes cold/rain coat that is relatively light.
I dont know how much $$$ am I looking at spending. I really dont want to go beyond $50, but I can manage around that. Anything beyond $60 is biting it hard. $70 + is out the question entirely.
Where would be my best bet to shop in Baton Rouge.

Legitimate concern. Clothes that are manufactured and sold in the Chinese market use asbestos intertwined in their material. Bright side is you will probably be too sick to post on TD.

You have described literally one of the most common style of coat. You could probably find 100+ coats on Amazon that match your criteria.
If you want some luxury brand knock off, order from China. Otherwise, don't buy any of that shite from them on Ebay.

I've gotten several things from China on Ebay. No problems, and their sellers seem to be less greedy. If you are sure it will fit, I don't see any need to worry.
