Hey that went through my mind and I'm okay with that.
1. Suspect drives an identical car as this kid.
2. Suspect is small Hispanic-LOOKING guy with black hair and big black glasses. This kid is Asian with black hair and big black glasses.
3. Suspect was reported in my complex making sexual comments to a woman and gestures(grabbing himself) the night before between 8 and 9pm. This kid was in my complex at 10pm the next night.
4. We are .5 miles from the incident in the OP.
I'm a vigilant aware average Joe, not some paranoid gun toting fool. I never got within 50 feet of the kids car and didn't chase him at all. I am still unsure if he even saw me follow him. He didn't seem bothered or to even notice me at the light at Hyacinth and Staring(I pulled up to take right as he waited to take left). His apparent indifference to my presence fosters the fishiness of his 180 on Perkins in the first place.
I'm not some wannabe crime fighter going rough up a kid. I live in a shady complex.
Anyhoot.. I called the license plate in to EBRSO with description and location and went home.

No. frick. Like 3 of us called him in within 24 hours. And I didn't call Crimestoppers but 911. He was in that fricking rental car(the silver car) when I called it in.
But good to see people paying attention and taking this frick off the street.

No. He got caught in a Volvo. He had a rental car before.
