Not the front half, one filing out of 9. They still have to follow all the ACA rules as far as construction.

Show me a list of houses where the prices are going up after being listed.

If you are talking about Scott, no he and his dad lived in an Apartment in Zachary.

Prices aren't going to go up after listing, obviously.

But, homes in desirable areas are listed and sold, not listed for a while then lowered due to not selling. They are lowering their listing price for a reason.

I would rather have I-10 as a commuter than having to take Scenic or Plank. That's disturbing to me. No thanks.

Central is better than both imo. Zachary and ditch town are about equal but you can probably find a better deal on Zachary. I'd avoid having to use I-12 or I-10 for your daily commute if you work downtown.

If you work in south btr then I'd recommend dutchtown over the others.

These threads where people insult each other's neighborhoods are always hilarious. It's not like any of the places y'all are talking about are Gardere

Plus with the $1500 HOA fees, it just seems like a place one would want to stay away from right now.

How does that compare to other golf/country club style neighborhoods? That is the question. Bluffs and Greystone are more expensive.

Lindsey Scott was at Dutchtown, but Benny and his sawed off little asst coaches were pricks, so he went to ZHS.
Dutchtown has plenty of kids from EBR and Iberville Parishes in their High School. Shoot, they poach kids from their Parish brethren, too.

Technically, there is no Dutchtown, it's Geismar. Really nice down 73 between 74 and 30, the heart of it.
