Holy shite. This car was an '02 model and had 195,000 miles on it and was immaculate. The ride and the lack of interior noise was unbelievable.
Any Lexus owners want to pontificate?

The European counterparts are much better performance-wise but nobody pampers their drivers like Lexus does

My 12pm to 6pm garden servant loves his.

Asking if anyone wants to sound like a dick talking about their Lexus? I think they'll pass.

They are basically a modern day W126 Mercedes. It's the very best Toyota/Lexus can do, and it's very nice.
Lexus was originally set up as a brand to target the amazing W126 in the 1980s. At the time, that was the very best car EVER made. Mercedes has since abandoned their "bullet proof" philosophy but Lexus has not.
My biggest problem with Lexus is the spindle grill on their newer cars. It makes them too ugly to own.

I don't think there's a finer luxury car made than Lexus, quality wise.

I'm praising Lexus for their quality and excellence.

This was their best looking LS. 2011 model.

Then you haven't driven many cars

Lexus is great quality but their interiors have never wowed me.

For the price tag, that 2011 model is a very boring, bland looking car

I have an ES330 2005. I bought it in 2008. Has run Like a top since.
I feel like a fuddy duddy driving a car for this long, but I have really grown to like it.
It's a v6 and has some pick-up, but i still got an average of 31 MPG on my last long trip. ( 1300 miles round trip including a few days of city miles )
eta: Edited for accuracy

Yea, because anyone who isn't wowed by a Lexus interior must drive a Bentley or rolls or something similar....

Owned a Lexus. 2014 ES 300. Hated it. Couldn't have been happier to get rid of it.
The LS is nice, but if you're driving it you'd better be over 50, otherwise that's the kind of car that's meant to be used to chauffeur you around in so you should have a driver.
