More than likely would have been Delta if any US involvement. Delta does more operational work with foreign militaries as far as training an prepping them for an op. Seals usually takes things into their own hands.

It isn't like in the movies where you just pull the pin with your teeth. They are tough to get out so you don't accidentally pull the pin while the grenade is still in the pouch on your vest or belt. That would kind of suck. The new ones have to be twisted and then pulled. I think he forgot to twist it in all the excitement.
