Guess Aggies aren't peaceful.

They are a special bunch.

Exactly. People cannot credibly call any protest "peaceful" if anyone participating chants phrases commonly used to incite violence.

Community organizers need to police their own ranks with this crap if they want Joe Public to respect their "civil" gatherings that require such high concentrations of law enforcement presence.

LSU Football games are largely civil gatherings. Yet there's a high concentration of law enforcement.

Micah Johnson didn't start shooting cops because someone in the crowd yelled frick the police.

They could have done more damage outside a police station at a shift change if simply murdering cops were the goal.

But they were part of this protest like it or not.

Sarge i kind of agree with you. I bet if you look back at every "violent" protest there were people there wanting peace and non violence.

The protest itself was actually very peaceful until those inbreds opened fire. They used the protest to meet their own agenda. Sure, there were a very small handful of F The Police. But peaceful nonetheless .

I hate to admit it but it was kind of enjoyable to watch the protesters take off running when they thought they were being shot at , I know it's horrible to use the word " enjoyable " during such a tragedy , I sincerely hope that kind of crap doesn't continue and the people protesting may come to realize how much they need the protection of the police ....

On the other hand I really hope that if riots break out that the black protesters beat the shite out of the white protesters ....

Point?

What point are you attempting to address or refute? Are you under the impression that someone is claiming that to be the cause? The point I was making and agreeing with is that kind of chanting contributes to a culture of violence.

Why do you think cults and more traditional religious organizations have common prayers and chants? It helps influence group- think, no?

I saw this guy on the tv this morning talking about the officers that got shot.

Why in the frick would you bring a god damn baseball bat with "black power" written on it to a "peaceful protest?"

Was he hoping to find a pick-up baseball game in downtown Dallas?

All I'm saying is if 1% of the protesters bring guns and kill many people

It shouldn't be called peaceful

FIFY... to show it doesn't even qualify as a peaceful protest even if we filter out that little murder thingy from "a lone gunman"

Educate me. What in the hell does how we may define a peaceful protest have to do with the first amendment? Are you seriously under the impression that I'm calling it illegal.

Last time I checked, whether or not we call it peaceful has nothing to do with my support for the first amendment.
