When "they" get justice that means that justice was not served. "They" is defined as one side versus another. Justice should be a resolution based on facts. Justice does not choose sides.

If they are found not guilty, Baltimore will burn worse, which may not be a bad thing. This will only reinforce that if you riot, someone will charge someone.
