I saw a sign at my dentist that they accept Diner's Club card. I have never met anyone who has one.

Did they go the way of the members only jacket?

Wow, haven't heard or thought about them in awhile. Guess they need to do more advertising.

I used to but some fat guy stole it, then it burned up when his rented car caught fire. Craziest Thanksgiving ever.

I know several places that accept partners cards? Idk what a diners club card is, but I assume it's the same shite. Type of payment you can only use at select places right?

I don't think I've even seen a Diner's Club sign in about 20 years

It was the original credit card iirc. It started out as being able to be accepted at a group of restaurants then expanded to making agreements with an expanding list of businesses.

I've not seen one in decades. I think back in the day it was a bit of a status symbol. Visa & MasterCard were for the unwashed masses while Diners Club card was for the more refined class I think.
