Once you realize the truth; that it is not the TV that bends, it is only yourself.

Bought the Samsung 65" 4K curved last year. Set it up, watched a movie, and returned it the next day. The curve takes any light glare in the room and shoots it in a straight line all the way across the screen sort of like how satellite dishes reflect the signal to the middle. Don't waste your time if you want my opinion. Get a bigger flat screen for the same price.

Thought about it when I bought my last TV. From research it's supposed to give you the best view of all parts of the screen. Problem is it only does it from a single viewing location. It makes all the other locations worse. So if you have a man cave with like two lounge chair directly in front and you have a 60+" TV, it's cool. But for a living room where some of the views will be off to the side, it's worse than flat. Again, that's from what I read not experience.

I believe the marketing pitch is that you can get the same view from any angle in the room. I am not sure whether that is true or not because I have not seen one in person.

This cannot be true. If the screen is curved, there can only be one spot that has the proper perspective.
