Well that's probably the worst misdemeanor you can get nowadays. Hell hitting a woman isn't as bad a dui in the courts view

Most likely not. but it depends on the position you're applying for. If it requires SITA clearance or a Flight Crew position it will depend on the misdemeanor and how long ago it happened.

Here's my advice for what it's worth....don't offer up to them that you were charged and don't end up with a DUI conviction if at all possible (i.e. Pre trial)
Even though you don't drive for them, they still cover you on their non-owned auto coverage and may terminate you for a conviction. Usually, the only way they can find out about it is when they run your Motor Vehicle Report and see a DUI conviction on there (or someone rats you out). Arrests don't show on that report.

I'm assuming you have or applying for a ramp position. Is your license valid?

Who are you representing, and why? If you're trying to find pre-employment info, it's all over the net. I would worry about the TSA screening above anything else. Bag Thrower's are no different than Flight Deck or Cabin Crew, when it comes to security. If it's a DUI don't even bother.
