Does anyone else find this troubling?

Bunch of idiots order a pizza and stiff the delivery guy. They call the manager and make the kid return $8 change. Then these guys uploaded everything to YouTube.
These guys are assholes, but they were assholes on their own, not as their company representatives. The SJW of the internet have basically killed this business owner's reputation online because of it.
I just find it troubling that a bunch of people that have never done business with the dealership have done so much damage. Its the world we live in, I guess.
ETA: I didn't realize that the owner was involved in it. frick em all.

They did it on company time, in the company facilities. Arguably they were representing the company. The buck stops here.

Bad press has always been bad press. In today's world, you have to understand everything is marketing, and anytime you put ANYTHING on the web, it can come back to bite you straight in the arse.

Car dealership is the one that put the video out there.
Besides if they paid the kid in 5s and 1s. Why not just give him $12 if you didn't want to tip the kid unless they're too damn stupid to count to $12.

Does anyone really have a notion that a bunch of used car salesmen should be bastions of morality and good tidings otherwise?
